1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to initiate a return. Items initiated after 30 days are not eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

• The item must remain in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and user manuals intact.

• A valid proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable items (food, flowers, plants).

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order goods.

• Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products once unsealed.

• Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

• Items marked clearly as “Final Sale.”

Please do not send packages back without contacting us first to receive a Return Authorization reference.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

• Customer Remorse (Changed mind, wrong size ordered):

  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for actual return shipping costs using a trackable courier service.

  • Restocking Fee: 0 NGN (No restocking fee charged).

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pricelessstore000@gmail.com with clear photos or video evidence.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Free of charge (Covered by Priceless Stores). We will arrange pickup or reimburse your return courier costs.

5. Return Process (How to Return an Item)

1. Request a Return: Email us at pricelessstore000@gmail.com or send a message via WhatsApp to +234 806 671 6148 with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).

2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories.

3. Dispatch: Send the parcel to our stated return address using a trackable courier service and share the tracking code with our support team.

6. Refunds & Timeline

• Once your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 2 business days.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (via Paystack/bank transfer).

• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to follow the standard return procedure. Once the return is accepted and inspected, you may place a separate order for the new product.
